Cancellations

-You may cancel via our online booking system at least 1 hour before your scheduled appointment. Any cancellation under 1 hour will need to be requested by phone.

-The cancellation time will be recorded based on when the message is received by our system.

-All cancellations made are eligible for a full refund of any deposit paid.

-The only exception is if no cancellation notice is provided (no-show), in which case the no-show fee applies instead.

-No-shows (missing your appointment without letting us know) will be charged a $50 fee for each service that was scheduled above $100. If you paid a deposit for each service, it will be applied toward this fee instead of being refunded.

-Any no-shows for services under $100 will not be charged a fee.
