Refunds

Security Deposit


-For each service totaling over $100, a $50 security deposit is required at the time of booking.


-This deposit will be applied toward your service total on the day of your appointment.


-If you cancel your appointment for any reason, the deposit will be refunded in full to your original payment method.


No-Show Fee


-The $50 fee will be charged if you miss an appointment without providing notice (no-show).


-This fee only applies to clients who placed a $50 security deposit for services totaling over $100


-If you placed a booking for services below $100, no fees apply.


-This fee is nonrefundable.


Cancellations


-All cancellations, regardless of timing, are eligible for a full refund of any deposit paid.


-The only exception is if no cancellation notice is provided (no-show), in which case the no-show fee applies instead.


How to Cancel


-You may cancel via our online booking system at least 1 hour before your scheduled appointment. Any cancellation under 1 hour will need to be requested by phone.


-The cancellation time will be recorded based on when the message is received by our system.
